Homemade cookies
Enchanted Cookie baked goods are locally made in my home kitchen. I’m registered with the state’s cottage food program and insured. Ingredients are thoughtfully selected, and recipes are crafted with care. Almost all of my ingredients contain only one ingredient. After trying a cookie, you may wonder if magic is involved, but I’ll never tell! (Secrets are fun to keep!)
Made in a pristine home kitchen 🪄
Your health and safety are important to me, so I keep my kitchen clean and always sanitize it before I bake. I will treat your order with the same care with which I would want my own treated. Considering I think germs are terribly awful (the absolute worst), that says a lot!

Ingredients
From Scratch
With very few exceptions, my ingredients each contain only one ingredient, and those that don’t (such as chocolate chips) contain only a few simple ingredients.Â
100% Vegan
I never use milk, eggs, honey, or other animal-based ingredients.
No Canola Oil
If you’re uncomfortable with canola oil, you’re in the right place. I know it can be difficult to find baked goods that exclude it, so I’ve formulated my recipes without it with you in mind!
No Palm Oil
Palm oil production leads to deforestation which is a threat to the survival of orangutans. For this reason, many vegans try to avoid it, but it can be difficult to do. It’s very cheap which makes it the most popular oil used in manufacturing sweets. It’s also in most oil-based ingredients used in home kitchens, such as butter and shortening. Some manufacturers have committed to responsible sourcing, but for everyone’s peace of mind, I avoid using it altogether.
GMOs
Finding non-GMO baked goods is like finding a non-napping cat! Yet there’s a crowd out there determined to avoid them (GMOs, not cats), so whenever possible, I select GMO-free ingredients. The exception is one of my chocolate chip cookies. Don’t worry! There’s a second version with Hu chocolate for the non-GMO crowd!Â

Note that cottage food kitchens are not subject to public health inspections, and my kitchen processes common food allergens.
