REFUNDS AND RETURNS POLICY

Due to the customized and perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds once you have received your order. Gift cards are also non-returnable.

Late or missing refunds

If you’ve cancelled your order and haven’t received a refund yet:

  • Check your bank account again
  • Contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
  • Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.Â
