Enchanted Cookie products are subject to the following Terms and Conditions.

KITCHEN

Enchanted Cookie products are made in a home kitchen that is not subject to public health inspections.

INGREDIENTS

All Enchanted Cookie products may contain or come into contact with allergens such as soy, wheat, peanuts, or tree nuts.

It is the customer’s responsibility to:

  • Inform us of allergies prior to placing an order
  • Inform others who may consume the product of all allergen information

Enchanted Cookie will not be held liable for allergic reactions resulting from consumption of our products.

PAYMENTS

Payments are processed when the order is placed.

UNFORESEEN CIRCUMSTANCES

If we cancel your order due to illness or any other unforeseen circumstances on our part, your money will be refunded in full.

LOCATION RESTRICTIONS

Due to Arizona’s cottage food laws, our product is only available within the boundaries of Arizona. 

PICKUP

When you check out, please select a pickup date and time on the checkout page. After your order is placed, we will contact you to communicate the exact pickup location.

Please arrive on time. We will not wait longer than 15 minutes for you to arrive. Due to the time-consuming nature of preparing your order coupled with the short shelf-life of baked goods, we will not be able to issue you a refund if you are not present for the agreed upon pickup. Though we cannot promise we’ll be able to reschedule, if your situation changes and you won’t be able to make the pickup appointment, please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to accommodate you.

DELIVERY

When we’re able to offer delivery, delivery charges will be at our discretion and based on distance. If you are not present at the agreed upon delivery location and at the agreed upon time and we are able to make a second delivery attempt, the delivery fee will be doubled. There is a chance we won’t be able to make a second delivery attempt, in which case, if we are able to, we will attempt to schedule a time for you to pick up the product.

Due to the time-consuming nature of preparing your order coupled with the short shelf-life of baked goods, we will not be able to issue you a refund if you are not present for the agreed upon delivery. Though we cannot promise we’ll be able to reschedule, if your situation changes and you won’t be able to make the delivery appointment, please contact us ASAP so we can attempt to accommodate you.

PRODUCT STATE

It is the customer’s responsibility to check the state of the product and to bring potential issues to our attention when you receive the product. If anything happens to the product after the exchange, we will not be liable for damages.

PUBLICATION

We reserve the right to use any image of a product made by us for publication.

POSTPONEMENT

If you need to postpone the pickup or delivery, please contact me immediately and at least five days in advance. A new date will be subject to availability.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

The cancellation policy is as follows:

  • If the cancellation is more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery, you will receive a refund, less the cost of any supplies already purchased for your order
  • If the cancellation is seven (7) days or less prior to the scheduled pickup or delivery, a refund will not be given
  • Refunds will be paid within 30 days of cancellation
